Beef Stroganoff

This recipe is originally from Saveur magazine and we’ve found it to be one of the best variants of Stroganoff we have tried. Instead of the usual soupy “over noodles” concept, this one uses crispy potato matchsticks as a garnish which really make the dish unusual and a great presentation. 
Ingredients:

1½ lbs
Beef Tenderloin 3″x1″x⅛” pieces

4 tbsp
Butter

2 tbsp
Flour
